Ya i watched a video where he was on the red carpet being interviewed and i was so surprised to hear it because he hides it so well in the show you would never even suspect anything it is so wierd.

When Hugh Laure is playing his role as House, I don`t hear his English accent but, when he speak during an interview you can hear it. Why is that?
